Ole & Steen want to do what is right

We strive to maintain high business ethics in everything we do. We value the safety and respect for everyone affected by our business. Our employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders have a vital role in our success in doing the right thing.

Our Whistleblowing Service

Our Whistleblowing service provides an opportunity for anyone to report suspicions or serious misconduct and anything that is not in line with our values and policies. Our whistleblowing service ensures that serious matters are dealt with – which is vital to us. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining employee, customer and public confidence in us.

If you are an employee, we encourage you to contact a manager in our organisation. If you feel you cannot be open with your information, we offer this option of reporting your concern anonymously through our Whistleblowing system.

For which purpose can I use the Whistleblowing system?

You may inform about a serious concern about a breach of our Code of Conduct, breach of applicable laws, and/or a matter which may seriously affect our organisation or a person's life, safety or health.

This we have described in more detail in our Whistleblowing Policy, which you can see here click here.

You do not need a proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

Your message will be securely handled

The Whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected.

All messages will be processed in confidence.

Who receives your report and handles your message:

You must choose whether your reporting should be sent to:

Group A, which are: Group CEO, Joachim Knudsen, the Chairman of the Board, David Campbell, and Ole & Steen Head of Group Legal, Carl Moltke.

Or to:

Group B, which are: Head of Group Legal, Carl Moltke, and External lawyer from Horten Law firm Ms. Line Melissa Birk Halberg.

How do I submit an anonymous message?

You can submit your message easily and securely by clicking on this link, which leads you to the external reporting site: Click here.

After you have sent your message, you will receive a personal ID and a password on the screen. Save this in a secure manner.

We expect to post a response or follow-up question for you within 7 days on the secure site.

You will remain anonymous throughout the dialogue, unless you chose otherwise.

Thank you for your contribution.
