SUMMER MARSHMALLOW WHIP - NEW
A variation on our Coconut Marshmallow Whip, this whip is our plain marshmallow on marzipan base, covered in white chocolate and pink coconut.
VERY BERRY SLICE (vg) - NEW
A vegan cream cake. Made with a crisp chocolate base, blackberry vegan mousse and a berry gel topped with blackberries.
MANGO PINEAPPLE TART - NEW
A shortcrust base dipped in dark chocolate, piped with pineapple cream and topped with cubed fresh mango and pistachio pieces. Availble in a larger version (serves 6) for pre-order.
LEMON PASSION MOON CAKE
An almond and lemon zest sponge base. Topped with passionfruit cream, white chocolate shavings and passionfruit powder.

A light vanilla sponge cake filled with mixed berries and jam. Topped with a marshmallow-y meringue.
