As longer days and warmer weather lie ahead, ‘Al Desko’ quickly turns to Al Fresco, which means parks across London and Oxford will set the perfect scene for your lunch break with colleagues or family picnics. But the usual picnic snacks will soon tire, so why not enjoy the fresh summer air the Danish way, and introduce some traditional Danish Open Rye sandwiches to your spread?
