BRØD (DANISH BREAD)

We are proud to bring our most beloved breads from Denmark to London. Enjoy classic breads like the Skagen, Chia Rye and Sourdough loaves - made from scratch every night and baked fresh every morning.

We make our breads by hand, every morning in our West London bakery. Using traditional techniques and the best quality Danish ingredients. Our recipes have been perfected over generations to make sure our breads are always a cut above.

Did you know? At the end of the day, any unsold bread is returned to our bakery, grated and turned into bread cream. Bread cream helps to absorb more water and therefore makes for a smoother and softer texture. No Waste. Great Taste.

All our breads are available sliced or whole. If a full loaf is too much, we offer halves as well for half the price of course.

Made with rye and wheat flours, rye kernels, covered in chia and sunflower seeds.

Did you know? At the end of each day, any unsold Chia Ryes are returned to our bakery, shredded and reused. They are added to the mix of our delicious Skagen bread as well as the mix of the Chia Rye to help absorb more water into the dough. Why? Quite simply, it makes for a softer bread.

CARROT RYE

Made with rye and wheat flours, rye kernels, carrots, seeds and covered with oats.
