You can send an e-gift card directly to your nearest and dearest directly via our loyalty app.
How do I purchase an e-gift card?
Open the app and press "order", then click on "gift cards", and proceed to choosing your desired amount, from £5 to £500. Once payment has complete, you'll be able to share the e-gift card PDF however you'd like - whether it's a text, email or even by printing to deliver in person.
The e-gift card can be used in all of our bakeries by fellow loyalty app users, or via Click & Collect, giving the lucky recipient a choice of how to redeem.
The gift card credit will be added onto their loyalty app account, so they must too be an app user. But don't worry, if they're not already, all they need to do is create a profile upon receipt and it will soon be added to their account.

Redeeming the gift card requires the recipient to have our loyalty app also. There are different ways to activate the gift card and it can only be associated with one loyalty account.
If you have received a gift card as a printed piece of paper, there is a QR code that can be scanned directly in our app.
Method 1: Open app, log in or create a profile, go to "more", click "add gift card" and scan the code.
Method 2: Open the app, click "scan" in the menu, and scan the code.
Method 3: Enter the unique code in the code field if the camera does not work.
Have you received the gift card via PDF digitally?
Method 1: Click on the active link in the PDF, this will redeem the gift card in the app if you already have the app installed, otherwise the link will lead to the app store where you can download the app.
Method 2: Copy and paste the code from the PDF and insert it in the "redeem code" that appears under "more" and "add gift card"
Paying with an e-gift card via Click & Collect
When a Click & Collect order is placed, a payment slider appears at the bottom of the screen when payment is due. By clicking on the card icons, it will be possible to choose between your saved payment cards. If the e-gift card has already been activated, the e-gift card will appear and you are able to select this as an option.
Payment in store
When you arrive into our bakery, you will need to check-in via the app by opening the app, pressing "check-in" and scanning the QR code at the till. Once you're ready to pay, like above, the e-gift card must be selected via the payment slider.
In the event that the amount of the goods exceeds the amount available on the gift card, the remaining amount can also be paid via the associated payment card in the app.
