1. DO YOU DO NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES?
As our products are made fresh every single day by hand, they can be fragile. These delicate products do not always travel well and most need refrigeration. At present, we are not partnered with a courier service to deliver nationally however, in London and the other areas in which we operate, we work with Deliveroo to deliver. If you are outside of their delivery zones, unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a delivery.
2. DO YOU DELIVER IN LONDON?
Yes, we do! Our partners at Deliveroo help us to safely deliver our freshly made items to our London customers. This means if your post code is within the delivery zones, we will be ready and more than happy to process your order!
3. DO YOU FRANCHISE?
All our stores globally – and in the UK - are company owned and operated. At present, we do not offer any franchise opportunities.
4. DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS / VEGETARIANS?
We sure do! We strive to accommodate dietary requirements to ensure we can offer something for everyone.
All our breads, pastries and most of our cakes are vegetarian. We also offer a selection of Vegan products too.

5. WHERE CAN I FIND ALLERGEN INFORMATION?
We take allergies and special dietary requirements very seriously. All our food is made fresh every day, by hand, in our kitchens. We work closely with our suppliers and our food safety partners to ensure that our information is correct and customers with allergies feel reassured that we will look after their needs properly. We therefore ask that you inform us before ordering of any special dietary requirements that you may have. Our recipe information is frequently updated so please check each time you visit to ensure that you have the most up to date allergen information. Whilst every care is taken by our teams, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment, nor can we guarantee against the processes used by our Suppliers or products which may be produced in an environment with other allergens. Where an ingredient is included as part of the recipe, this will be specified, however it is possible that dishes may contain traces of other allergens. Please ask to speak with a Manager for more information.

6. ARE YOUR JUICE COLD PRESSED?
They sure are! Our cold pressed juices are made by our supplier, The Juice Executive, a family-owned business from the countryside in Kent. By using the cold pressed method, it means our juices aren’t pasteurised (heat or pressure treated), we thereby retain more nutrients, and it makes for a much better tasting juice. Nothing is added, the produce is simply washed, pressed and bottled.
We always aim to source the most sustainable option possible, whether that's getting our apples from Kent, or choosing a European partner for things that can't be grown in the UK e.g., citrus fruits.
7. CAN I APPLY FOR A JOB?
Of course, you can! Our commitment to our core principles, “love, karma, and the right to learn”, fosters a sense of community and engagement. 8. DO YOU SELL GIFTCARDS?
Yes, we do! We have physical giftcards which can be purchased in person at one of our stores and you can add any amount you would like to a giftcard. We also have e-gift cards which can be purchased through our loyalty app. Our giftcards can only be used as payment at any O&S store in the UK.

9. DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
All our stores are now operating cashless.
10. DO YOU PROVIDE WIFI IN YOUR STORES?
We sure do – and it’s free! Once you log in your can also opt in to our marketing communications to hear about our latest products and offers.
11. DO YOU HAVE AN APP?
Yes, we do! With our app you will be able to beat the queues with our Click & Collect system and benefit from our loyalty scheme, which lets you track all your purchases while points are being added. Save up points and redeem your prize!

12. WHAT DOES OLE & STEEN MEAN?
Great question! Ole & Steen are the names of the founders. Ole & Steen was founded in 1991 by bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek and originally called Lagkagehuset or "layer cake house," Ole & Steen is a pioneer in the resurgence of artisanal and handcrafted baking practices in Denmark.

13. DO YOU OFFER NHS DISCOUNT?
NHS Blue Light 10% discount. This discount is available for all NHS and Bluelight staff who are able to provide valid identification. This offer is 10% off total transaction.

14. DO YOU HAVE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

15. DO YOU ALLOW DOGS IN YOUR STORES?
Quiet and well-behaved dogs are very welcome in our stores. We request that dogs are kept on a lead inside our stores and their paws stay firmly on the floor ensuring that you and your four-legged friend stay mindful of our other guests. All pets are at the discretion of our manager on shift.

17. BOOKING TABLES
Unfortunately our bakeries work on a first come first served basis and we can’t hold an area for that many people. You are more than welcome to pop in on the day and see if we have any free space.
18. OPENING NEAR ME
We are always looking to opening more stores and share the love of our brand. However, at the moment most of our stores are based in London as this is where our main bakery distribution centre is.
19. WORK EXPERIENCE
We would love to be able to offer work experience in our stores but unfortunately aren’t able to offer that.
20. HOW TO CHECK IN TO OUR APP
To check in to the app and gain points you will need to
• Open the app
• At the bottom press check in
• This will open a camera to scan the QR code at our till
• Once you have done this, please check with the member of staff serving you that your device has connected with the till and then the transaction can proceed.
