Originally known Lagkagehuset or "layer cake house," cake is a core part of the Ole & Steen heritage. Each indulgent dessert is delicately hand-crafted using methods tested over time and we think this is what makes our pastries stand out from the crowd.
Good flavour sits in the crust, which is our buns are especially moorish, where each bite inherently contains both crust and crumb.
